Staff Council Election Timeline

April 13-24 Nomination Period 

• During these two weeks, nominations and self nominations are collected through our online portal.
• After the close of the nomination period, the parliamentarian will contact nominees to confirm their interest and collect the needed information from candidates. 

May 11-15 Election Period 

• During this week, staff at Georgia Tech will be provided a link to vote on the confirmed nominees.

May 17 Confirmation of Membership 

• Post elections, the parliamentarian will contact the nominees regarding the outcome and next steps.

May 23 Announcement of Newly Elected Members to Campus
