Staff Council Mission Three Pillars

1. Engage - Build a collaborative environment where staff can develop, grow, and participate in the GT community. ​
2. Advocate - Be the voice of the staff by bridging the gap between executive leadership and staff.
3. Inform - Become the avenue in which staff receive information concerning Institute priorities and initiatives.

Staff Council Goals

1. Represent and engage GT Staff through various communication channels to strengthen the collective staff ‘voice’
2. Recognize and showcase the overarching contributions of the GT Staff community. 
3. Partner with GT Leadership and key stakeholders to improve staff well-being.
