A socially distant meeting.

Regular meetings of the Staff Council shall occur at least once per month with the schedule determined by a vote of the council.

All staff members of the Institute may attend regular meetings of the Council but may not participate in discussion or voting procedures.  Visitors will be acknowledged and given the opportunity to address the council at the end of each meeting.  Visitors to the meetings of the Council must be approved by the Chair and added to the meeting agenda.
