The Staff Council's "Council Connect" initiative is a new engagement program designed to strengthen, support, and provide advocacy for all employees. By hosting interactive tabling and in-person events, Council members aim to foster a welcoming environment where staff can openly discuss questions, concerns, and ideas for workplace improvements.
