The Resilience Employee Resource Group (ERG) is holding small group conversations on specific topics that will allow staff, faculty, and students to find ways to grow through what they go through. Challenges in our personal and professional lives are often stressful, painful, and traumatic. At the same time, these experiences can inspire growth and personal development.

Resilience Circles are designed to:

  • Provide a small group format (up to 12 participants) for Georgia Tech faculty and staff to share, listen, and process their resilience-building experiences with other members of the Georgia Tech community.
  • Enable sharing of resilience-building strategies and resources among the participants.
  • Give participants a place to encourage, inspire, and lift each other up.
