Georgia Tech staff employees are invited to participate in an online information session to prepare for the next steps in the University System of Georgia (USG) Comprehensive Administrative Review (CAR). These live webinars will review the CAR process including information related to the upcoming Activity Assessment which launches on Jan. 16.

Prior to the launch of the Activity Assessment, staff and supervisors are encouraged to review resources prepared to assist in the implementation of this assessment.

The Activity Assessment will impact approximately 3,600 employees. The intent of the assessment is to better understand how resources are allocated to perform the various administrative functions. The assessment will be open from Jan. 16 to 30.

Participation in the assessment is mandatory for the selected individuals and should take, on average, 30 minutes to complete. In addition, supervisors and managers will be asked to review and validate the assessment submissions between Feb. 5 and Feb. 13.

Preparation will be important to the successful implementation of this assessment. Online information sessions will be held on the following dates and times. Click on the respective link to join the live webinar.
